How the rows are assembled

The table pairs values from the horizontal and vertical axes. The first row uses A and B. The next rows use their far, near, and heart-axis points. The center row uses E and E. The lower rows use C1 and D1, then C and D.

For each personal row, the third value is reduce(horizontal+vertical). The table calls the first two columns physical and energy to match common chart terminology. The visible note explains that those terms do not describe measured bodily properties.

A checkable example

For 15 May 1990, the first row pairs A=15 and B=5, giving 20 in the third column. The center pairs E=6 and E=6, giving 12. The bottom pairs C=19 and D=12, giving reduce(31)=4.

These examples allow you to verify the table without accepting a health interpretation. In compatibility mode, corresponding completed cells from the two personal tables are paired, so the paired third cell need not equal a fresh sum of the paired first two.

Read the vocabulary cautiously

Traditional chakra names are associated with different spiritual practices. A numerological arrangement using those names does not establish that a chakra is blocked, overactive, or related to a symptom.

If you use the table for journaling, translate a row into an ordinary question about attention, communication, or daily habits. Do not infer illness, emotional pathology, or a treatment need from a number.

Keep health decisions with reliable evidence

Symptoms, medication, treatment, and diagnosis require relevant medical evidence and qualified care. The calculator cannot evaluate any of those things. A reassuring number is no reason to postpone care; an unsettling number is no evidence of a problem.

You can choose to ignore this section entirely. The core birth-date calculation works independently of the table, and a useful reflective experience should not require adopting every extension of a numerology tradition.

A question to carry with you

What part of this reflection can I check against my own experience?
