Our Calculation Methodology

The convention

This calculator uses the 22 Arcana digit-sum convention. Keep positive values from 1 to 22 unchanged. If a completed value exceeds 22, add its digits until it is within the range. Examples: 28 → 10, 38 → 11, 44 → 8. Twenty-two stays 22. Justice is 8, Strength is 11, and the Fool is 22.

Some schools repeatedly subtract 22, which produces different charts. We reduce each completed personal node before using it in a later formula. Names, birth time, location, and gender do not change our arithmetic.

The five anchors

A = reduce(day). B = month. C = reduce(sum of year digits). D = reduce(A + B + C). E = reduce(A + B + C + D). The center is E.

28 November 1987: A=10, B=11, C=7, D=10, E=11. 15 May 1990: A=15, B=5, C=19, D=12, E=6. 25 November 2002: A=7, B=11, C=4, D=22, E=8.

Diagonal corners and axis points

F=reduce(A+B), G=reduce(B+C), H=reduce(C+D), I=reduce(D+A). They run clockwise from the upper-left diagonal.

For any outer point X in A, B, C, D, F, G, H, I: near point X1=reduce(X+E); far point X2=reduce(X+X1). The extra heart-axis points are A3=reduce(A1+E) and B3=reduce(B1+E). Selecting a circle reveals its specific sum.

Love, finance, and the karmic sequence

The shared balance K=reduce(D1+C1). Heart=reduce(D1+K). Money=reduce(C1+K). Love reads D1 → Heart → K. Finance reads K → Money → C1. Karmic tail reads D1 → D2 → D.

For 25 November 2002, D1=3 and C1=12, so K=15, Heart=18, and Money=9. The bottom sequence is 3 → 7 → 22.

Purpose values

Sky=reduce(B+D), Earth=reduce(A+C), Personal=reduce(Sky+Earth). Paternal=reduce(F+H), Maternal=reduce(G+I), Social=reduce(Paternal+Maternal), Spiritual=reduce(Personal+Social).

For 25 November 2002: Sky=6, Earth=11, Personal=17, Paternal=8, Maternal=8, Social=16, Spiritual=6. Purpose labels are symbolic and do not prescribe a career or obligation.

Compatibility

First complete both personal charts. Pair every corresponding completed chart node: paired X=reduce(first X+second X). Do not rebuild the paired inner chart from paired outer anchors. Corresponding completed chakra cells and decade values are paired by the same rule.

Purpose totals have a separate sequence: pair Sky, Earth, Paternal, and Maternal, then recompute Personal from paired Sky+Earth, Social from paired Paternal+Maternal, and Spiritual from paired Personal+Social.

For 25 November 2002 + 12 March 1999: anchors 19/14/14/11, center 13, D1=15, K=6, Heart=12, Money=15. Paired purpose values are Personal=22, Social=8, Spiritual=3. There is no validated compatibility percentage.

Chakra and decade extensions

Personal symbolic chakra pairs, from top to bottom, are (A,B), (A2,B2), (A1,B1), (A3,B3), (E,E), (C1,D1), and (C,D). The third personal column is reduce(first+second). In compatibility, each completed cell is paired independently. Traditional labels are not health measurements.

The decade ring follows A, F, B, G, C, H, D, I, A for ages 0,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80. We show decade anchors rather than inventing predictions for specific years.

Interpretations and limits

All displayed interpretations come from original editorial text keyed to the computed Arcana and position. No random numbers or third-party AI calls are used. Child mode keeps the same arithmetic and focuses on learning and supportive questions.

Numerology is not scientifically validated. A correctly implemented formula does not establish that a reading predicts events, diagnoses health, or measures personality.
